Every finger, its share.
Made to your fingers. Kind to your pulleys.
Your fingers are not the same length, so why train on a straight edge? Upload one photo of your hand with a coin next to it. Tailr Edge finds the crease of each upper finger joint, measures how far each finger reaches past your pinky and how wide it is, shapes each edge to match and shows you the result in 3D.
- Made to measure: 3D-printed from your finger lengths
- Even load: all 4 fingers loaded evenly, including your little finger
- Open drag position: middle joint extended, minimal load on A2
- No pressure points: so no skin problems on your little finger
- Same position every time: consistent, measurable training

Measure your hand from a photo before ordering.
Even load. Every finger. Every session.
On a straight edge your longest fingers do most of the work while the others hang along. Tailr Edge gives every finger its own edge at its own length, so all four fingers grip the way your hand is built.
Made to measure
Each edge is 3D-printed from your own finger lengths and sits exactly where that fingertip lands, so your hand stays in a natural position instead of bending to fit a straight line.
Even load on all 4 fingers
Every finger carries its own share, including your little finger. No single finger takes the peak load while the others barely touch the edge.
No pressure points
The load is spread across the skin too, so you don't get pressure points or skin problems on your little finger.
Open drag position, kind to your A2
The middle joint stays extended, which puts minimal load on the A2 pulley. Train hard without worrying about it.
The same position every time
Your hand lands in the same spot every session, so your training is consistent and measurable.
Carries over to real holds
Every finger is trained to its own maximum, which translates much better to three-finger drags and two-finger pocket holds.
Measure your hand with one photo
Lay your hand flat
Put your hand on a plain, light surface such as a sheet of paper or a table, palm up. Keep your fingers straight and together, as you would hold an edge. One hand is enough: the other is usually the same.
Add a coin
Lay a coin flat next to your hand, close to it but not touching it. The coin is the ruler: its known size turns the photo into millimetres. A €2 or €1 coin works best.
Photo from straight above
Hold your phone level, straight above your hand, so the whole hand and the coin are in view. Use good, even light so the creases of your finger joints are visible. A slight angle is corrected automatically.
Upload and check
Upload the photo on the measure page. It finds your hand, the coin and the crease of each upper finger joint. Drag a line or a box side if it is off, then save: the designer shows your edge in 3D.
Each length is how far the crease of that finger's upper joint lies past the crease of your pinky, measured along your fingers. Each width is the width of the finger across that crease. The original Tailr Edge uses 23.9 / 27.9 / 12 mm (ring / middle / index) and edge widths of 20 / 21 / 20 / 18 mm (index / middle / ring / pinky).
Everything except the edge positions and widths: the 17 mm front lip, the 5 mm and 3 mm fillets on every edge, the cord channel, the load hole and the mounting eyelets. If an edge gets too close, the load hole shrinks around its centre.
A printed part can fail without warning. Never hang more than you can control, keep your feet close to the ground the first time, and replace the print as soon as you see layer cracks.
